At EriPhoto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your service. Because we are dealing with personalized memories, please read the following policy carefully.1. ReturnsDue to the personalized nature of our service (flash drives/memory cards and printed photos), we can only accept returns in the following cases:
- If the delivered product is damaged.
- If there is a clear error on our part (e.g., wrong photos printed, wrong files on the flash drive).
2. Return PeriodYou must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report any issues and request a return.3. Conditions for ReturnsTo be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or error.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
4. RefundsIf a return is approved, we will offer the following options:
- Re-delivery: We will re-deliver the corrected order free of charge.
- Refund: If re-delivery is not possible or desired, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable ItemsPlease note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Orders where the issue is due to the poor quality of the original photos/videos submitted by the customer.
- Orders where the customer provided incorrect recipient information.
